EU’s GDPR Compliance

Data Collection

  • We will collect only the necessary and needed data to fulfill our purpose. So, for example, we will not ask about your political views or religions if the upcoming event you host is about food.
  • And there will be a timeframe of how long we will keep all of your data on our servers. Our standard period is 30 days after the project ends (for making the report and security purposes), but the rights to fix the amount of data-keeping time is always yours; we can discuss this before the contract begins.

  • Accountability

  • Any information on our system must be unambiguously given from the customer with specific consent. For example, the attendee's data is needed for registration, survey, and business matching purposes. Not for any marketing campaign for other customers in the future. And we will not sell any of our client's information to the 3rd party company.
  • We train all of our employees to understand the importance of security, privacy, and confidentiality of both customers and the company's private information.
  • The office is secured by key card access with a face recognition system. Every internal communication only happens on industry-standard applications (such as the company's business email or Slack). In other words, only related people with permission are allowed to access the workpiece or conversations.
  • If any data breach occurred, we would investigate and inform our customers within 72 hours after we found out. There will be information about what happened, how critical the situation is, and the next action to solve the problem, or the result if things are already solved before the conversation begins.
