Full-time Project Manager (Customer Success)

You are:

  • Tech-savvy.
  • Possess solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, positive, and great with stress management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning process and timeline of every project in the company.
  • Collaborate and support clients together with the Sales and Customer Success team.
  • Manage and delegate all tasks to the internal team and report to the Executives.
  • Responsible for contract negotiations with clients and vendors.
  • Creating operation reports.
  • Make sure every project is a success with minimal to zero error.

 

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional project planning and management skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Project Managing of the Customer Success team.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast work environment.
  • Good written and spoken command of Thai and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
