Jobs description:

  • Monitor, track, and manage event projects, ensuring we deliver on the right timeline.
  • Coordinate with the operation team and clients.
  • Keep team members and clients updated on current situations.
  • Set up the hardware and software at the event venues and make sure everything is delivered in a perfect manner.
  • Manage data and content of our systems as well as the reports.
  • Work closely with Project Manager, Sales Rep., and Product Development team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proactive, resourceful, and great problem solver.
  • Friendly with great attitudes.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Have to be able to travel across Thailand and aboard.
  • Own a driving license.
  • Fair knowledge of English.
  • Experienced in the event industry is a plus.
  • CSS/HTML and graphical software knowledge is a plus.
  • You’re flexible in terms of working hours and schedule.
